Starting with one outlet in Sydney the franchise rapidly expanded and now boast over 340 outlets nationally Michel’s Patisserie is renowned for its extensive selection of handmade specialty cakes, pastries, and savoury products, baked daily by a dedicated team of professionals, and also its own in-house coffee roasting and operational training facility on the Gold Coast The 100% Australian-owned and operated business has also been honoured with the top award of Australian Franchisor of the Year by the Franchise Council of Australia in 2000, 2003 and was finalist in 2005.
