Emma and Aydan Marriott open their second Zarraffa's Coffee outlet
One franchise is just not enough for young Zarraffa’s Coffee store owners, Aydan and Emma Marriott. The pair will open their second franchise in the expanding Logan and Beenleigh area at Holmview on Monday 16 May, 2011.
Emma and Aydan took over the Myer Centre store in late 2008 with parents Don and Jayne and have enjoyed a successful run at the popular inner city location. It was just a matter of time before the enterprising pair looked to their next business opportunity.
“We knew from the start that we would like to open more than just the one business and when the Holmview location became available we saw the potential”, said Emma. ”With the benefit of our two and a half years owning and operating the Myer Centre store with our family, we are more than ready to bring Zarraffa’s Coffee to the residents of Beenleigh and surrounds.”
Zarraffa’s Coffee CEO Kenton Campbell believes the drive, strong partnership and collective knowledge of both Emma and Aydan will ensure the Holmview store is a success.
“Holmview will be the company’s 47th store and we are pleased that our franchisees are interested in re-investing their resources and know-how to the benefit of our brand”, he said. “Ensuring we equip our franchisees with the right training and ongoing support is a top priority as we look toward further expansion both in Queensland and interstate.”
