Dymocks customers are set to reap the benefits of the new Booklover's Rewards program, following the announcement that the retail book franchise has partnered with Vii, a retail customer loyalty specialist.

The franchise's new POS software from Advance Retail Technology combined with the partnership with Vii will help Dymocks to take its Rewards program to the next level.

The new system will allow customers to be identified at the point of purchase and transactions can be processed without the need for a card.

Customers can also access their Booklovers rewards balance in real time with an enhanced website where members can view the latest offers and update changes to their membership details.

Don Grover, Dymocks CEO, said "The introduction of Advance Retail has certainly revolutionised our POS systems, and the knowledge and level of efficiency brought to the table by Vii has completed our technology transformation. This will deliver real value for our franchise owners, customers and the Dymocks brand as a whole."

The Dymocks Booklover Rewards Program is free to join and members are provided with exclusive benefits including the Booklover magazine, automatic entry into competitions, VIP shopping events, invitations to author events, double rewards points and bonus offers sent via email.
