Real estate franchise Raine & Horne SA has launched a franchisee specific training program. CEO Kevin Magee said the program, which was one of three to be introduced by Raine & Horne SA this year, was designed to empower the group’s members by providing various lifestyle and business solutions.

“We’re committed to providing our franchisees with the tools to ensure success and profitability, at the same time as giving them ideas on how to balance work and life,” Magee said.

“The latest course is designed to ensure personal goals are attained and includes the transformation of their business into an automated turn-key operation that is highly profitable, self-reliant and growing in value, or if preferred, ready for immediate sale at the best price possible.”

Entitled ‘Succession Readiness – Creating a Turn Key Business’, the course involves four, one-day workshops with leading national and international trainers. The workshops are tailored specifically for Raine & Horne SA office principals, their nominated second in charge and business systems officer.

“The workshops will focus on evolving each principal’s business into a self-sufficient unit with high profit levels, outstanding market value and excellent staff morale,” Magee said.

“Each attending principal and their officers will be offered free onsite support between workshops to help them ensure their personal goals are attained within six months after the completion of the course.”

To add to the offering for staff, Raine & Horne SA has also launched a free, fortnightly, online sales training course and a course designed to give newcomers to the industry an understanding of the brand’s distinctive offer.
