Aussie Farmers scoops top revenue spot in Fast Franchises

Aussie Farmers Direct, a fresh home delivery franchise, has taken out line honours in the BRW Fast Franchises 2010 list.  

The top 10 fastest growing franchise brands by revenue are listed as Aussie Farmers Direct, Appliance Tagging Services, Souvlakihut, Matchbox, Chocolateria San Churro, Villa & Hut, Aussie, Go Gecko Property Sales, The Coffee Emporium and Sumo Salad.

The BRW Fast Franchises 2010 list showcases Aussie Farmers Direct based on its average growth over three years around Australia. Aussie Farmers Direct's growth in average revenue over three years was nearly 400 per cent.  

In the past 12 months, Aussie Farmers Direct also scored top slot in the BRW Fast 100 2009 and was ranked third in the BRW Fast Starters 2009.   

The franchise took second place in the list of franchise growth by outlet, beaten only by Aussie with its 194.57 percent growth to 145 outlets.

Aussie Farmers Direct is listed with 112 franchises (a growth of 183.94 percent) and attributes its success to factors such as consumer support for the Australian farmer and a distinct and thriving franchise model.   

Through the rejuvenation of the milkman concept, Aussie Farmers Direct has developed a franchise model that provides full back end management and support with exclusive areas of operation to each franchisee.   

By outlets, the top 10 fastest growing franchises are Aussie, Aussie Farmers Direct, Matchbox, Souvlakihut, Chocolateria San Churro, Appliance Tagging Services, Go Gecko Property Sales, Crust Gourmet Pizza Bars, Pizza Capers and Refund Home Loans.
