After nearly two years as tenants of a Synergy Business Centre, Andrew and Stephanie Georgiadis are set to become the first franchisees of new Synergy Business Centre Chatswood. The new Synergy franchise will be able to accommodate up to 34 businesses and will offer serviced office space, meeting room hire, a lounge facility and virtual offices.

When the married couple swapped their at-home work place for a serviced Synergy office, they reduced their working hours by 40 per cent by not having to wait for couriers or calls. So they know only too well the benefits they can offer other businesses.

“We’re excited about opening Synergy Business Centre Chatswood, not only because we see the business potential of having a Synergy franchise, but also because we know first hand the help we can give other businesses through our serviced offices,” says Stephanie.

“Chatswood is a dynamic business and retail hub and we feel there is a market and need for serviced office space in the area. More and more businesses are decentralizing and moving away from Sydney’s CBD. People are time poor, travel is getting more expensive and business owners want to be based either in or close to the suburb in which they live,” adds Stephanie.

Husband Andrew also realises the value of this sought-after location. “Our Chatswood Centre will service the Northern suburbs across to the Hills district. We have parking available with the office spaces however the transport access to the area is also ideal with the main Northern train line to the City and Hornsby just down the road from us.”
