Oporto has opened its 11th drive-thru store on the M4 in Sydney.
One of Australia's largest food franchises, Oporto, has opened its 11th drive-thru store on the M4 Eastbound, in Eastern Creek, Sydney.

It is the franchise's first drive-thru training store, allowing franchisees to get hands on experience before they take over or open their own Oporto store.

"This store is a milestone for us as it offers Oporto a great opportunity to use it as a training store for all on boarding franchisees, to provide them with the knowledge and training they need to run an Oporto store," said Oporto CEO, Jeff Fisher.

"The secret to building a successful franchise  system involves being prepared to provide high levels of service to your franchise partners," he said. "You need to over invest in support from a very early stage, whilst trying to be very focused throughout the franchisee selection process."

The new M4 premises offers both a drive-thru service and an inside dining area.

Oporto has over 115 stores across Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
