Andrew Dalton is national franchise development manager at MBE

MBE Australia is gearing up for 2012 with a new national franchise development manager on board, a new area manager, and a line up of locations set for opening early next year.

Andrew Dalton has joined the team in the national franchise development role and brings more than 15 years experience both as a franchisee and in franchise support with Bridgestone, United Franchise Group and MBE.

Dalton said “The franchisors network is ultimately the true barometer of the businesses performance. If the network is happy with the model, the support they receive and ultimately their ROI, the sky is the limit.

“MBE’s model is quite unique in that it provides the SME market with all of its business service requirements under one roof. This gives our network a great point of difference in the market,” he added.

Paul McLaren has joined MBE as area manager

Paul McLaren has been appointed area manager for NSW/VIC/ACT. McLaren has managed multiple sites for large national retailers and has instant print industry experience.

His main focus will be on supporting the MBE franchise network through vendor support programs, training initiatives and margin enhancement.

Upcoming MBE locations include Point Cook, Victoria, two more stores for Sydney and another in Perth.
