A New Zealand businesswoman has set her sights on Australia for expansion of a business support expo and believes franchising is the way forward. Sarah Trotman set up what is now the country's largest event for business, the Small Business Expo, in Auckland in 2005 and then launched in Christchurch and Wellington.

Now the one-stop-shop for the time pressed owner Bizzone business expo features products and services ranging from business mentors to accountants, website developers to office suppliers. The company quotes a 65 percent purchasing rate amongst visitors and cites 7,500 visitors for the Auckland exhibition.

The Business Support Magazine and the Excellence in Business Support Awards are also part of the international franchise package.

Trotman is looking for a franchisee in each Australian State.
