Independently-owned mortgage broker, Mortgage Choice, has launched a reinvigorated approach to franchise recruitment, strengthening its growth opportunities over the next financial year.

Mortgage Choice has also unveiled its new recruitment website, MortgageChoice.com.au/franchise-opportunities.

General manager, product and distribution, Andrew Russell, said, "We are determined to make our mark in the industry this financial year, with our two-tiered franchise recruitment approach targeting market share growth. By utilising a range of resources, including our existing franchisees, we will get the message out there that Mortgage Choice is the first choice in financial services franchising."

The new strategic plan and online platform are the result of extensive research that identified two strong areas for potential network growth for the brand.

"We delved into the sales strategy and were in need of a new challenge, a refreshed direction. In addition to selling existing franchises, a much greater emphasis is now placed on greenfield distribution. Our sales team is recruiting two key types of franchise owners: aspiring entrepreneurs who are people beginning or building their career in mortgage broking and existing business owners who are professionals adding mortgage broking to an existing financial services business," Russell said.

To ensure high brand association among potential recruits the new website is consistent with the company's new branding, which will be communicated through its new TV campaign launching next week.

It covers all aspects of joining Mortgage Choice,  including video and written testimonials from existing franchisees, information about the training and ongoing support, an insight into the mortgage broking and franchising industries and the steps you need to take to become a franchisee.
