Jeff and Fiona Kittelty from Warragul won National Franchisee of the Year award at Hotondo Homes
Top performers in the Hotondo Homes building franchise network have been announced at an awards dinner as part of the annual national conference, held this year in Rotorua, New Zealand.
Jeff and Fiona Kittelty from Warragul, Victoria, took out the prestigious Hotondo Homes National Franchisee of the Year Award for 2011, as well as the Victorian Franchisee of the Year Award.
“We have a new shopfront, great staff, and have three display homes opening next year, but it all comes down to the support that we have received... A huge thank you to Fiona and our four sons, as none of this would have happened without them,” said Jeff Kittelty after accepting his national award.

Murray Reilly's display home won National Display Home award
The National Shopfront of the Year award was won by the Allan family from Hotondo Homes Toowoomba, Queensland, who also won the Best Shopfront Customer Experience Award, and Local Area Marketing Event of the Year for their shopfront launch in May.
Murray Reilly from Caloundra, Queensland was awarded National Display Home of the year for his Byron 237 display home located at Birtinya Island. Reilly also won the Queensland Franchisee of the Year Award.
Hotondo Homes' managing director, Michael Renwick, said “To be able to win these awards, it’s not just about engagement but it’s about being a leader and a good example to their fellow franchisees now and into the future. The businesses that won the awards encapsulate what Hotondo Homes stands for, which is being a professional, quality builder. Every award winner and nominee should be very proud of themselves, as the standards are so high and franchisees keep raising the bar.”
Guest speakers at the four day event included Ngahi Bidois, Nick Farr-Jones, Tony Laker and Housing Industry Association senior economist Harley Dale.
