Prospective franchisees searching for the perfect franchise opportunity can take advantage of a new series of educational seminars on site or territory selection.

Demographic and site selection company Spectrum Analysis will run the seminars.

Managing director Peter Buckingham said "Most franchisors tell franchisees to undertake their own due diligence, and we believe there is a need to make them aware about demographic data, mapping, business hitlists for openings and information about shopping centres and strips.

"We view this as a service to franchisors where they can refer prospective franchisees to these seminars as a way of supporting them in their due diligence."

The launch seminar will be at Spectrum's offices in Hawthorn East, Melbourne on Tuesday April 27, 2010 at 7:30pm. The cost to attend will be $55.00.  

Full day seminars aimed at network development managers and franchisors are also running this autumn.
