The launch of a start-up package will fast-track new franchisees.

Cafe2U has one simple mission in business: for its franchisees to prosper from day one.

This has been a simple, but effective formula for success, as Cafe2U boasts the title 'the largest mobile coffee franchise' in the world. Now with over 85 franchisees in Australia and nearly 50 in the UK, Cafe2U reached 10th place in the 2009 BRW Fast Franchises list.

This growth is about to be further fuelled by the launch of a new start-up package being offered by Cafe2U. The program has been aptly named the Acceleration Package and is offering new franchisees the opportunity to fast-track their business launch, ensuring they prosper from day one.

By using this program, new franchisees will be reaching a level of daily sales that previously took on average up to three months to achieve; it is designed to reach above break even point to cover the franchisee's investment in the franchise.

The Acceleration Package

Cafe2U provides an income guarantee for the first two weeks while the daily business schedule is constructed with the assistance of a franchisee development manager.

Cafe2U CEO, Andy Simpkin, believes this allows a new franchisee to start from day one at an income level that not only provides investment pay-back, but from a business development perspective propels them to three months into the future. The combination of quickly learning the ropes and building confidence with the Acceleration Package enables the new franchisee to prosper from day one.

"We guarantee that from the first day of trading, they will be taking home $500 a day." Although this income guarantee provides important support, it is not the crucial element. Simpkin insists that the true element of success is the fact that the new franchisee is not trained in a classroom, then left in their territory to sink or swim.

Ongoing support

"By their side for two weeks is their franchisee development manager whose sole focus is to accelerate the development of the new business. We employ three highly experienced franchisee development managers who assist in building the business in partnership with the new franchisee. It is not only their key focus, but they are incentivised to get the new franchisee to a sustainable level of sales in a short period of time. The dynamic this creates is very empowering," Simpkin says.

The new franchisees are then, on an ongoing basis, mentored and guided into making the business choices that are not only right for them but are made with the background experience that the other 130 plus Cafe2U franchises provide.

The total Acceleration Package takes four weeks: one week pre-work with the franchisee development manager, one week in the classroom and two weeks in the new franchisee's exclusive territory. Then, a program of coaching and mentoring continues to ensure ongoing success.

Simpkin concludes saying: "The Cafe2U Acceleration Package not only ensures a fast track to a solid business base, it provides a proven plan for sustainable growth. This is in total alignment with our company mission, to enable franchisees to prosper from day one."
