New to the franchise world is Enact International, a small and medium business development firm looking to establish licensees across New South Wales. CEO Trevor Holmes said the focus is on the architecture of the company rather than business coaching.
“Business architecture is about redesigning the business to implement structure, systems and measurement that sees the business stand and grow for years to come. Since forming seven years ago Enact Business Architects have worked with over 500 businesses to increase their profitability and secure their future, these businesses have a clear vision of how to navigate through the tough times and even increase market share as their competitors falter and fall by the wayside.”
Enact uses Chambers of Commerce to form strategic alliances with solicitors, accountants, printers and government bodies who can both source clients through a series of events and then offer supplementary services.
The first agency has been agreed for northern New South Wales and a Sydney agent was signed up at the Franchising and Business Opportunities Expo last weekend. Although not a franchise arrangement Enact will comply with the Franchising Code of Conduct and guarantees the first three paying clients within four months.
The cost of a licence is $35,000 with an additional $7000 cost for training and ongoing fees are $1500 per month.
