ACCC delays Caltex-Mobil findings

Watchdog body Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has extended the date for the announcement of its findings in relation to Caltex’s proposed acquisition of 302 Mobil service station sites.

The new date is 2 December 2009.  

In a media release Caltex has said it has worked closely with the ACCC throughout its review of the proposed acquisition and will continue to provide information in response to issues and requests raised by the ACCC.
