Home Timber and Hardware has developed a loyalty program to help build customer relationships.
Home Timber and Hardware has developed a loyalty program aimed at building customer relationships and rewarding them for their loyalty.

The Home Team program provides rewards, customer relationship management and a communications vehicle to drive business growth and brand awareness.

"Since its launch, we've had great feedback from participating Home Timber and Hardware stores, who are seeing the value Home Team provides their businesses with in the short and long term," said Ann Sanfey, brand planning manager.

In addition to customer relationship management, one of the benefits of the Home Team program for the participating stores is the detailed data analysis that it provides them with.

"The DIY loyalty website is an integral part of the program and a valuable tool for business growth, enabling stores to have more involvement with the program and develop a 'proper' competitive advantage in the market place," Sanfey said.
